Terms of Service
Last updated 14 October 2026
BeamUpload lets you send files by link or QR code, without an account. It is run by BeamUpload. By uploading or downloading files you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Your files
- You keep all rights to what you upload. You only give us the permission we need to store your files and deliver them to the people you share the link with.
- You must have the right to share everything you upload.
- Anyone who has the link can download the files, unless you add a password. Share links with care.
What’s not allowed
You may not use BeamUpload to upload or share:
- anything illegal, including child sexual abuse material, which we report to the authorities;
- malware, viruses or phishing pages;
- material that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights;
- content used to harass, threaten, defraud or spam people.
You also may not try to break, overload or get around the service’s limits and security, or use it as permanent hosting or as a delivery network for a website or app.
Removal and reports
- Uploads are checked automatically for viruses and for files that were blocked before.
- We may remove any transfer and block further uploads, without notice, if we believe it breaks these terms or the law.
- To report a transfer, use the Report link on its download page or email [email protected]. Copyright owners: include the link, the work concerned and how to contact you.
Storage and availability
- Files are deleted automatically when a transfer expires, reaches its download limit or is deleted by its sender. Deleted files can’t be recovered.
- BeamUpload is not a backup service. Always keep your own copy.
- The service is provided free and “as is”. We may change limits or features, or pause or stop the service, at any time.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost data or for indirect or consequential damage caused by using BeamUpload. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Age
You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use BeamUpload.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Questions: [email protected]. See also our Privacy Policy.
